LOVE WINS

 John 19:19 (KJV)
“19 And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
Jesus dies misrepresented with a title of distain to His own people. The only garments he had left as He hung on the cross were a crown of thorns and nails. King of angels, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, or King of heaven would have been more appropriate; misrepresented to represent the sins misrepresenting us.
We were not created for sin, we were created for love. Love hung on nails and became sin for us; Love dies with a broken heart as the water and blood flowed from His wounded side. Though distain screamed from the title, silence spoke the loudest truth; they may have won the argument and got their wish, He won the war.
