1 Corinthians 4:5 (KJV)
“Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.”
There are those who study to show themselves and there are those who study to show themselves approved. Consequently, the only valid commendation in this would be God. Learning Jesus is mandatory to learning Scripture; in fact, without His presence in the knowing the hidden things in the darkness remain hidden.
It is not “…until the Lord come(s)…” judgment finds its perfect timing; if Jesus is not present in our knowing – we know nothing of divine value.
