STICK

1 John 2:28 (KJV)
“And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.”
We are setting in a room all alone and we are the only one of our piers that has been where we have been and seen what we have seen, and it is the only reason our secrecies may be a secret to some; yet, the outcome of those things that have happened is visible and is on display that these things really did take place.
Our accuser, one of the invisible and unnoticed was there and has the ability to replay every moment, and as we set in this empty room waiting for the one person who can help us; He walks in and takes seat, the Advocate; He was there too as the other invisible unnoticed.
Before any of these events took place the accuser determined to be at every event, his purpose has been to destroy us from the beginning. The Advocate has seen the events as they happened as well, but from the beginning He has determined to see them differently as our accuser. In fact, He took things a step further; unnoticed by us, He has made a personal contribution that can eliminate all our guilt and shame involved.
So, as He sets there He gives us this message. I am the only truth you have in these events, if you stick with me I will stick with you and I will get you through this. The only way I can help you is for you to understand things as they were and to be straight up honest about it all; the moment you choose to skirt any issue or twist any event beyond the truth my advocacy is over.
The only hope we have is to abide in Him as He abides in us; in and of ourselves we can do nothing to erase the guilt and the shame compiled upon us. Jesus (Yashua) is His name; if we stick with Him, no matter what takes place, He will stick with us.
