Psalm 36:5-10; Jeremiah 4:1-4; Luke 11:14-23
We start with singing that God is our fountain of life and in this life is the light by which we see. Also with Him is lovingkindness, righteousness, and judgement (Psalm 36:5-10). Then we move to His heart in the prophets with Jeremiah “The LORD liveth, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness;” this is simply a call for us to align ourselves with where He is (Jeremiah 4:1-4). We conclude in thought but begin in life with the Gospel; “He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.” The abiding theme is this, A double minded person is unstable in all their ways; either we are with God or we are not. If we gather to Him then we are less likely to be scattered. Let us draw close and cling to Him.

WORTH-SHIP
Luke 17:17-19 (KJV)
“17 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?
18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.
19 And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.”...
Worship is a show of worth and value. Redemption all in itself is all the worth and value we need to worship. The nine continued with the communal liturgy of priestly declaration of freedom from leprosy. This one stayed behind to give glory as a show of worth and value for his healing. As a result, this one move of faith gave him the wholeness of mind and spirit towards the effects of his disease. No grudge, no bitterness towards having been abandoned by the community. Free in spirit and mind to function with normality. Worth-ship, get on board and worship the LORD.

LORD
Lamentations 5:19 (KJV)
“Thou, O LORD, remainest for ever; thy throne from generation to generation.”
His throne is in the heavens. The earth being His footstool setting upon nothing simply means we are all in the same living space of God; it also means God is in our living space. This is so in the generations before us, our generation, and the generations after us. Nothing concerning us happens outside this space. We all breathe the same air and we all occupy the same space; He is LORD.

BE NOT DISMAYED
Deuteronomy 31:7-8 (KJV)
“7 And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the LORD hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it.
8 And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.”
We at times may have ima...ginations moving from this place to another in the spirit. This is where we must cast down every imagination exalting itself against the knowledge of God. Regardless of what we may be imagining about what is to come, the imagination is no match to what we know about God. Stomp your feet and feel the earth, our God put it there. Try and erase the scenery of heaven; we cannot touch it much less erase it. Moving with God is the best movement we can make. He is already there; He has gone before us. He sees it before we do and does not need Map-quest to find it. He will not fail us, nor forsake us; there is no need for us to fear, neither be dismayed. Sudden disillusionment is connected to visuals in our mind that do not even exist. Take hold of what is real, genuine, and authentic; let go of yourself and grab hold of God.

2016 Prophetic Projection (personal)
Have this deep sense His person is seeking our person; He desires to be personal. The elements of life both in the natural and the supernatural are pressing upon us. His person is seeking to navigate us in the press. The elements will overcome us, overthrow us, or grow us; the person we choose to be in the press will determine our outcome. Being personal with God and God with us navigates our success and grows us in the process. Two interactions bring our navigation into the personal with God – Prayer and His Word. Not prayer in the sense of petitioning, intercession, or supplication – prayer in the sense of walking and talking (there is a difference). Not His Word in the sense of planned and arranged academics – His Word in the sense of being an active living process of revelation and understanding squeezed out of our narratives in the process of living (this is Emmanuel).
2016 God is calling us to be personal with Him. This does not mean He has not called us to this in years past or years to come; I am simply saying what I hear in this moment; His person is seeking our person; we must be personal with God and in this we must be real, true, and accessible to Him. The active process of prayer and His Word will bring us into being who He has called us to be. As a result, our gifts and callings will take on fresh and new life, transforming life.

TALK TO GOD
Talking to God is when we
say things to Him we did not know was in us to say. It is almost like free writing;
we are not pressured to publish it, we are free to say it. Then the smiles and
the tears become an extension between His heart and ours. We find ways to touch
and to be touched; talk to Him. This is not asking for anything or even needing
anything; this is desire, this is two hearts communicating, talk to God.

HAPPY NEW YEAR
Acts 26:1-2 (KJV)
“1 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Thou art permitted to speak for thyself. Then Paul stretched forth the hand, and answered for himself:
2 I think myself happy, king Agrippa, because I shall answer for myself this day before thee touching all the things whereof I am accused of the Jews:”
Happy is not some euphoric feeling floating around in the air waiting to land on us. Happy is a choice we make about ourselves. We must choose to “Think ourselves happy.” Why will the New Year be all happy and everything. Is it because everything will go our way or is it everything will work against us? Happy must be our choice whether things goes our way or not. Every 30 seconds someone is captured for sex trafficking, somewhere in this world believers are being imprisoned or slaughtered for believing.
Paul was permitted to speak for himself; if we were granted the same, what do we have to say for ourselves? We must think ourselves happy. We must make the choice to be happy. We do this by taking into count that God is with us no matter what takes place; He is God when everything goes right and He is God when everything goes wrong. This is a New Year and in answering for ourselves – we must “Think ourselves Happy.”
